For individuals looking to increase their physical fitness, whether they are former athletes looking to get back on track with or just beginning to exercise for the first time, Foundry Sports Medicine offers both individual and group programs to help you become better, faster, and stronger!

Our Personal Training Services will help diversify your workouts, build cardiovascular endurance, improve strength and flexibility, and enhance your overall fitness. We offer two basic types of programs.

Individual Programs

Train individually or with no more than two other clients and focus strictly on the specific demands for your individual needs. All clients receive and written workout plan and charts to track their progress.

Group Programs

The group program incorporates all the same performance enhancing components as the individual programs, however with the group approach we can train up to 6-8 clients that participate in a variety of activities and train them effectively. Another positive in training with the group program is that beginners and those that are more experienced in training can benefit from the workout at the same time.
