Every student athlete needs an annual physical performed if participating in sports for the coming school year. All RI Interscholastic high school athletes are invited to Foundry Orthopedics & Sports Medicine for mandatory pre-participation physicals.
On Saturday, July 28, 2012, from 9am-12pm, Foundry Sports Medicine will be offering pre-participation physicals for the upcoming school year.
Please Contact Foundry prior to the start of your athletic season. There will be a $10 processing fee. See you then!
