Diane Macksoud, PT, MSPT

Diane joined Foundry Sports Medicine in September 2010, returning to Rhode Island after a 25 year absence.  She graduated from Texas Woman’s University in both Denton and Houston, Texas with both her Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy and Masters of Science in Physical Therapy, respectively.

Diane has worked in a multitude of clinical settings in the Houston area, including the well known Texas Medical Center.  Her main focus and interest has been Orthopedic and Sports Medicine.  Throughout her career she has worked with various high school, college and professional athletes and teams in the Houston area.

Diane’s areas of clinical interest include foot and ankle disorders - having been in a clinic with the Houston Rockets team physician over the past 3 years - evaluating disorders of the spine, utilizing the McKenzie Approach, disorders of the upper and lower extremities and post operative rehabilitation.
