Ryan Correia


Ryan holds an A.S. degree from New England Institute of Technology, East Greenwich as a Physical Therapist Assistant.  He is also a Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is a member of USA weightlifting.

After a successful career as a personal trainer, Ryan furthered his education to develop a deeper understanding of human biomechanics, anatomy and physiology.  His main areas of clinical interest are post-operative rehabilitation, biomechanics, overuse injuries and injury prevention. He believes proper biomechanics and neuromuscular coordination are the keys to successful rehabilitation and injury prevention. Whether you are a high level athlete or just keeping up with the demands of today’s busy lifestyle, he uses a wide variety of therapeutic techniques to meet your individual needs.  Ryan hopes that his passion and enthusiasm for human movement will motivate all the patients and clients he encounters.

Ryan, has also been a competitive athlete his whole life.  He has been a competitive football player, martial artist, and currently competes in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.
